Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse
our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish
to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After
you have finished your selection, click on "Order"
and you will be asked for a few details that we
need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment.
Prices are quoted in £ Sterling and will be
converted by your credit card to your own currency.
We accept all major credit cards. You may also send
your credit card information via phone or over the
Internet.
Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.

Cancellations and Alterations
If you wish to cancel or change your order in any

hours). We advise you to call us immediately between
9am and 5pm, to stand the best chance of catching
us before your order is processed. If you contact
us before your order has been processed, we will
be happy to alter your order, before despatch with no problems.
Returns Policy
In accordance with distance selling rules, items can
be returned within 7 days of purchase as long as
they are unused and in re-saleable condition.
Carriage costs will be borne by the person returning
the goods. Outside the 7 day period, at our
discretion we may restock unused items as long as
they are in re-saleable condition, subject to
a 30% restocking charge. Carriage costs will be
borne by the person returning the goods.
