Order Time
Due to high demand for stoves we cannot now guarantee delivery before Christmas. This does not include orders that are in stock. To avoid disappointment we do however recommend you still place your order to get your name on the list, this will ensure that you are not waiting as long into the New Year. We envisage demand for these products to become greater, due to the continuing increases in fuel prices as we go into winter, therefore the lead times are likely to increase.

Delivery Costs
We try to give the customer the very best deal possible with our delivery charges, on all of our stoves delivery is free on mainland UK addresses. On smaller orders under £150 a charge towards the cost of the delivery will be charged

Delivery to your home
The carriers will contact the customer to arrange the delivery day of your goods. Most delivery vehicles will have a tail-lift to make it an easier delivery, but the customer must arrange to have someone to be in attendance who will be capable to give the driver assistance if required on the day of the delivery.

Please check the goods on arrival before you sign for them once you have signed for the delivery then the goods have been accepted by you as been in good condition. Please open the packaging and check over the goods before you sign for them. If in the event the package looks damaged or the goods are found to be damaged please sign the delivery note “ Damaged on arrival “ and notify Stoves Stoves Stoves with in 24 hours by email or telephone
